Ankle Sprains & instability

Ankle sprains can result in ligament injuries and put people at risk of future instability and pain. Our Podiatrists will assess what structures are injured and provide a plan moving forward to reduce the risk of future instability and pain.

Custom Foot Orthotics.

Orthotics can play an important role in the management of foot and ankle pain. It is important to remember orthotics play a role in your plan. We focus on comfortable orthotics, and we achieve this with the use of accurate assessments and varied materials to maximise comfort and pain improvement.

Fractures

Fractures are a common presentation we help people with in the clinic. Fractures can occur after an acute accident or injury, or from repetitive loads (stress fractures). We place a big focus on recovering both the fracture, but also the surrounding tissues to get your back to your pre-injury capacity.

Bunions & big toe pain

A bunion is a positional change of the big toe, often causing pain, redness, and difficulty with footwear. Big toe pain can also stem from arthritis or restricted joint movement. We assess the severity and offer treatments to manage pain, slow progression, and keep you comfortable and mobile.
